Established in 1978 by Late Shri A.R. Ramanathan, a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a mission to provide Industries with customised solutions for their cost accounting needs.

The foundation laid by him is still present in our functioning and professional endeavour. We strive to pursue this mission through continuous knowledge upgradation & rigorous training of our staff. Adherence to the professional standards issued by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India is our top emphasis. The firm was peer reviewed in March 2025 and the certificate is valid till March 2030.

We are supported by a dedicated group of approximately 15 executives, including Graduate Cost Accountants, and 5 administrative staff. Our team is committed to redefining cost audit methodologies and advocating for superior cost management at the corporate level.

We are presently serving a wide spectrum of industries in the manufacturing as well as service sector.
