A professional experience of over last 33 years in the diverse areas of Cost Audits, Consulting, Internal Audits and system implementation, in many large companies spanning across various industries viz. FMCG, Textiles, Sugar, Cement, Automobile, Auto Ancillaries, Paper, Consumer Electronics etc.
A professional leader, who sets up an excellence standard for the firm and is actively involved into industry specific cost solutions.
An active participant into the various audit committee meetings at the corporate level. Has been a constant advocate of best cost management practices in corporates.
An active member on committees of PHDCCI, CII and IMA (USA).
An active member on the following committees of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India:
1. The Awards committee instituted by the Institute of Cost Accountants Of India for excellence in cost management till March 2017.
2. Working group of the expert committee constituted by Ministry of Corporate Affairs in 2010 for reviewing the Cost Audit Report Rules &Cost Accounting Record Rules.
3. Cost Auditing Standards Board of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India till September 2018
4. Technical cell, Institute of Cost Accountants of India since January 2023

Dr. D. Jagannathan, FCMA, Cost Accountant

Over 35 years of experience as an academician of high repute and a costing professional highly accomplished, he has in addition to being a senior faculty in numerous business schools, also conducted various professional MDP’s and provided customized solutions to industries on various costing issues. His Role in Ramanath Iyer & Co is as advisory in management accounting related assignments. He is also well verse with application of data analytics tools. He has also conducted cost audits.

Shri Manoj Kumar, FCMA, Cost Accountant

Manoj is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and graduate in commerce from Delhi University. He has rich experience in the field of Cost Audit and Cost Record preparation, Installation of Costing System, SAP accounting & Anti-dumping. His experience spans across various industries (viz. Machinery, Textile, Automobiles, Service, Chemical, FMCG, Power, Steel, Metals, etc.). He advises clients on Cost Audit Matters specially on the cost accounting framework as mandated under the Companies Act 2013 as well as the Cost Accounting Standards and Generally Accepted Cost Accounting Principles prescribed by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Shri Gurdeep Singh, FCMA

A practitioner having an experience of more than 32 years in field of cost management & Cost Audit across various Industries in SAP environment. He has vast experience in the field of costing & tariff in the Power sector.

Shri D Chandru, FCMA

Former Director Continuous Education Program with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India for more than 23 years, he has a rich experience of over 38 years in Designing and Organising various Manage Development Programmes (MDPs approximately 1500) for executives and officers in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Private sector, Government Departments like Indian Navy, Indian AirForce, Indian Railways etc., Banks, Insurance companies & Multinational Companies (both in India as we as abroad). The topics for these MDPs include Cost Management, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, IFRS, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Project management, Contract management, Behavioural Science, Finance for non-Finance Executives etc.

Professional Team- A group of Executives (about 15) who are in the various stages of Costing studies including Graduate Cost Accountants Led by our audit manager Amresh Kumar having over 25 years of experience in conducting cost audits of different manufacturing entities.

Administrative Team- The day-to-day administrative work is carried on by a small group of 5 persons.
